  • Processing time is 1 business day, Monday to Friday

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are processed and dispatched the next business day

Delays may occur due to payment verification issues, incomplete or incorrect addresses, or periods of high demand. If this happens, you will be notified by email.

  • Delivery time: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch

  • Cost: £2.99

  • Free next day shipping on orders over £50

United States Shipping

  • Carrier: Royal Mail International Tracked

  • Delivery time: 3 to 12 working days after dispatch

  • Cost: $20.99

  • Free shipping on orders over $150

Canada Shipping

  • Carrier: Royal Mail International Tracked

  • Delivery time: 3 to 12 working days after dispatch

  • Cost: $25.00

Ireland Shipping

Order Tracking

Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

2 DamnDark Tanning is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Delivery Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier or logistical issues

  • Remote or rural delivery locations

We appreciate your patience during such circumstances.


Address Changes

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
If you need to update your shipping details, contact us immediately.
Once an order has shipped, rerouting may not be possible.


Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to us due to invalid addresses or failed delivery attempts may:

  • Incur additional reshipping fees, or

  • Be cancelled and refunded minus any applicable handling costs

During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year, delivery times may be longer due to increased carrier volume. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.
