1. Returns Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return period. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

6. Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for unopened and unused products.
Opened items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
7. European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
