Lost or Stolen Packages

2 DamnDark Tanning is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Exceptions

1. Returns Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return period. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We ship to many international countries, 2 Damn Dark Tanning takes no responsibility for orders stopped in transit and no refunds or replacements will be sent.

Customs fees may apply. It is the buyers responsibility to pay these within the given time frame in order to prevent their order being returned to us. Custom fees are calculated by your country and we have no information on how much these may be. 

To use our products effectively they must be accompanied by UV rays, whether that is from the Sun beds or from the Sun itself.

Nasal Tanners
To get the best from our nasals it is best to take two sprays up each nostril 2-3 times per day whilst exposing yourself to UV rays.

Tanning Drops
To get the best from our tanning drops its best practice to take 4 drops twice per day under your tongue and let them absorb for about 1-2 minutes.

Creams
To get the best from our creams it is advised to apply the cream 5 minutes prior to exposure to UV rays, you do not need to let the cream dry before usage.
